Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 30 days from the delivery date. The products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. To initiate the return, contact our customer service, who will provide you with all the instructions to complete the procedure.
Products made to order or customized are NOT eligible for return.
Returns are free only in the countries of the European Union. If the return is from a country outside the EU, the return costs are borne by the customer.
The exchange is always free. If you want a size change or simply another model, no problem: you can request the exchange easily and without additional costs.
Simply contact us on WhatsApp or via email, and our team will follow you step by step to organize the collection and send you the new pair.

Personalized items, such as custom orders or bespoke products, are not returnable. Please check carefully before purchasing.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. However, please note that there may be delays from your bank or credit card company in making your refund visible.
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a solution to resolve the issue, which may include returning the incorrect item and sending you the correct item.
No, to be eligible for a return, the item must not have been worn, used or damaged. It must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original tags and packaging intact.
