The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and the type of delivery chosen (Standard or Express). Standard shipping is always free in Italy.

Return or exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products within 30 days from the delivery date. The products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. To initiate the return/exchange, contact our customer service , who will provide you with all the instructions to complete the procedure.

Returns are free only in the countries of the European Union. If the return is from a country outside the EU, the return costs are borne by the customer.

As manufacturers, we can go the extra mile: make them to order, with variations in color, materials, or details, based on your tastes.
Production takes approximately 10 working days and a surcharge is applied based on the request.

Well-made shoes last over time, but only if treated with the right care. Simple maintenance, done consistently, really makes a difference. Follow these simple steps to keep your shoes in tip-top condition:

• Brushing : Use a soft brush to remove dust and debris.
• Cream application : choose a nourishing cream specifically for smooth calfskin to hydrate and protect it.
• Final polish : with a soft cloth, restore light and shine to the leather.

Note : The cream should be used exclusively on smooth and non-abraded calfskin, to ensure maximum effectiveness and preserve the quality of the leather.

For suede shoes:

• Soft brush : Use a soft bristle brush to remove dust and dirt without damaging the material.
• Specific product : apply a product suitable for suede to revive the texture and keep it soft.

Always use a wooden shoe tree (preferably cedar): it helps maintain the original shape, prevents premature creasing and absorbs residual moisture. It is a silent but essential ally.
